Shara Mondy is the CEO and Founder of the nationally recognized, award winning nonprofit community service organization, Suited For Success Jacksonville, Inc., (S4S) that was recently named a “2021 CNN Champions For Change” Honoree. Suited 4 Success provides interview suits along with personal and professional development services to disadvantaged men seeking employment and reentry back into the community. Suited For Success has been providing key supportive transitional services to men since 2003. The program services a diverse group of men from many walks of life, most of our population are surveyed at living below the federal poverty level with the majority being ex-offenders, homeless, veterans and young men between the ages of 17 to 24.
